Week 6
Wednesday, Sept. 23
Week Six asks what kind of world resurrected people will inhabit. Scripture begins with creation declared good, tells the truth about creation's fall, and ends with God dwelling among humanity in a world made new. Second Peter's fire must be heard seriously: God will judge evil and expose what cannot enter his righteous future. Yet Genesis, Isaiah, Peter, and Revelation resist a picture of divine abandonment. Using the Three Eras - original, fallen, and resurrected creation - this gathering holds together continuity, radical purification, and restoration without claiming precision the texts do not provide.

Week 7
Wednesday, Sept. 30
Week Seven follows the promise of a renewed Earth by asking the question beneath every other question about Heaven: Who will be there at the center? Revelation does not begin with our reunion, our comfort, or even the beauty of the coming world. It opens the door of Heaven and shows a throne, then the Lamb who was slain, then creation gathered in worship. At the end of Scripture, the great promise is that God will dwell with humanity and God's servants will see his face. This gathering helps participants receive every lesser hope - reunion, relief, beauty, work, rest, and joy - as a gift that becomes fuller rather than smaller when God remains the Treasure.
