Tea-Riffic 2026: A Beautiful Afternoon of Fellowship, Encouragement, and Joy

In April, the women of First Friends Church gathered for a Tea-Riffic afternoon filled with friendship, laughter, encouragement, and the simple joy of being together. The room was decorated with a garden tea party theme, complete with bright colors, spring touches, table settings, gift bags, refreshments, and a cheerful welcome that set the tone before anyone even sat down.

The afternoon gave everyone a chance to slow down, share conversation, enjoy good food, and celebrate the gift of Christian fellowship. Around the tables, women visited, laughed, listened, and made room for one another. The smiles in the photos tell the story well: this was not just an event on the calendar; it was a meaningful time of connection.

We were especially blessed to welcome Kiva Small as our guest speaker. Her presence and message helped make the afternoon even more memorable, offering encouragement and reminding us of the beauty of gathering as women of faith.

Events like this matter because they create space for friendship to grow, for stories to be shared, and for the church family to be strengthened. Tea-Riffic 2026 was a wonderful reminder that ministry often happens around a table, through a kind word, a listening ear, a shared laugh, and the grace of being present with one another.
